- Call recordings are stored for 24 months by default. Enterprise customers may configure custom retention periods.
- Account data is retained for the duration of your subscription and for 90 days following account closure.
- Billing records are retained for seven years in accordance with applicable financial regulations.
- Anonymised and aggregated analytics data may be retained indefinitely.
